admin | 14/06/2019

Professionalism, experience, international implementation, and response capacity are some of the issues that large companies consider for claims management, according to Ramón de la Vega, Risk Financing Director for the Telefónica Group.

Within the framework of the International Workshop in Salamanca, the round table discussion called “Claims Management. Service Quality,” moderated by José Carlos Nájera, Assistant General Manager of Claims for MAPFRE Global Risks, took place with participation from Ramón de la Vega, Risk Financing Director at Telefónica, José María Álvarez Cienfuegos, Partner at DAC Beachcroft, and Ignacio Lorenzo, CEO of Addvalora Global Corporate & Specialties

After the round table discussion, Ramón de la Vega recorded an interview in which he shared his impressions of the Workshop and highlighted the aspects that, in his view, are the most important to be considered by large companies when entrusting claims management to others.
