admin | 28/06/2016

Starting this June, we will cover Repsol’s global assets and responsibilities with a premium in excess of 100 million euros.

MAPFRE GLOBAL RISKS, the Group’s subsidiary specializing in providing insurance programs for multinationals, has won the contract put out to tender by REPSOL, competing against the world’s leading insurance companies. From June this year, we will cover Repsol’s assets and responsibilities worldwide, issuing a premium in excess of 100 million euros.

In explaining the reasons for its decision to award the contract to MAPFRE, REPSOL’s Risk Management Division highlighted our immense efforts to understand their insurance needs, as well as our long-term relationships built on trust, the financial conditions offered, and our capacity to issue more than 100 policies in the 23 countries across five continents where REPSOL has assets.
