How can I attend the Seminar?
The Seminar is a private event, and attendance is by personalized invitation only, sent via email to each participant.
What expenses does the Seminar cover?
Registration includes access to all presentations and the event’s official social functions: Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, and Closing Reception.
Can guests attend?
No. There is no guest program, and guest participation in social events or official activities is not permitted.
Why can't I complete my registration?
The most common issue is that the email address you’re using doesn’t match the one where you received your invitation. You must register using exactly the same address.

What is the registration deadline?
The registration period will remain open until April 10 or until full capacity is reached.
Is parking available?
There is a public parking facility in CĂ¡ceres, Parking Obispo Galarza.
This car park does not allow advance reservations, so access is subject to availability at the time of arrival.
Mapfre Global Risks does not manage or cover the costs of this service.
