Prior to presenting a claim or complaint, there must have been an action or decision taken by MAPFRE with which you are not in agreement.

If you are not satisfied with the decision reached, the purpose of MAPFRE`s Complaints Department and Policyholder Protection Committee is to handle and resolve any claims and complaints from its clients, in accordance with the procedure set out in MO ECO 734/2004, of 11th March, and MAPFRE´s own Operating regulation (PDF - 145 KB) the steps and procedure you should follow in this regard are detailed below:
